Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After processing, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight, dimensions, and destination. We offer various shipping options:
- International Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- International Express Shipping: 1-5 business days
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through our courier's website.

Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on all wholesale orders within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are unused, in their original packaging, in resalable condition and the order was in stock ready goods order. For any custom orders, we will only accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are unused, in their original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer service at info@luxuriatraders.com to request a return authorization.
2. We will provide you with a return shipping label (for UK orders) and detailed instructions for packaging.
3. Ship the items back to us using the provided label.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them. If they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your unwanted items, and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Custom Duties and Taxes
